Koma tou Yialou Association UK
On Sunday 30th of May saw a historic day for Koma Tou Yialou UK football team and Koma Tou Yialou Cyprus football team. KTY Cyprus football team travelled to England to play a friendly match with KTY UK football team.
The match was a great success and we thank both teams for their sportmanship. We would also like to extend our thanks to all the KOMIATES and friends of KTY who came to watch the match and support the KTY UK Association.
The final score was 2-7 infavour of KTY Cyprus, however in our eyes everyone was a winner.
It was a glorious day, after the match, the presentation of the medals were awarded at George's Restaurant.
We like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who supported our cause dedicated to our missing people from the illegal Turkish invation 1974 especially to George P George whos remains were buried recently.
